Hi Neighbors,
Nu Life has placed snow markers out on the property for the snow season. Please maintain your markers throughout the season to ensure minimal damage. This may include reposting them after heavy snow, snow removal services, or if misplaced. Below are the Nu Life contract details. We have paid for additional snow removal after March 31st. Nu Life received an updated copy of the community map with snow removal instructions. Snow accumulation will be placed in the west parking area and the northeast parking area. Keep in mind that if you are parking in your driveway, you may not receive shoveling services.
It is each unit owner’s responsibility to maintain ice accumulation on their driveways and sidewalks to prevent damage or injury. This includes snow accumulation under 1.5” and snow drift. Please be mindful of your delivery drivers and postal workers.
Marshfield Ponds Private Drive Winter Parking Restrictions November 1st-April 1st
With guest parking further limited to the few remaining spots due to snow placement, exclusion of any kind of overnight parking (12-5 AM), and no street parking within 24 hours of snow fall, there will be no resident street parking of any kind until after April 1, 2024.
If possible, have all guests, included contractors, park in your driveway to prevent packed ice accumulation and damage to our private drive.
Tuesdays, avoid all guest street parking for garbage/recycling removal to prevent refusal of service.
DO NOT place garbage/recycling receptacles in the street. Place them at the end but IN your driveway for the snow season.
Vehicle idling or warming for longer that 5 minutes is prohibited. Be mindful of noisy idling.
SLOW DOWN. Many residents and guests of residents have been on camera speeding through the private drive. Inform all guests to take extra caution this winter season. Many neighbors have children that play and pets that walk on the private drive. The speed limit is 5MPH and speeding, entering, or exiting, will be reported. Give your delivery drivers special instructions to slow down.

We can provide a salt service for the main road, driveways, and sidewalks at an additional cost of time and materials. The request must be made from management.

Customer is aware that weather conditions in the area may change rapidly and without notice. Changes in weather conditions are considered to be an "Act of God" and Nu Life Lawn Care assumes no liability as such.
