2019 Marshfield Ponds Townhomes Association Spring-ish Update

Hello Members,

Yearly Member Meeting. The yearly Member Association Meeting is tentatively set for July. Please submit topics for inquiry or discussion ahead of time to the board with corresponding literature and information to be reviewed by May 1st, 2019. An outline of the meeting topics will be sent out 30 days in advance to the date of the meeting. Any topics that have not been reviewed ahead of the time by the Board will not have an immediate deciding factor until the next meeting, but will have an opportunity to discuss at the end during the open discussion segment. Please contact the Board with further questions.

Elections.All three positions terms on the Board have been up for many years. We will be reviewing proposals for positions on the Board for any other volunteers. Please contact us if you are interested in taking a seat on the Board as the Vice President, Treasurer, or President by May 1stof 2019. Please include any qualifications to contribute to your candidacy. Voting will be during the annual meeting by members in attendance and through proxy.

Spring Inspection. The yearly spring Inspection is scheduled. Items that are assessed per unit to be completed by the end of summer will be sent out as soon as the inspection is completed and has been reviewed. This should be before the Annual Meeting.

Pet Licensing. In the City of Oakdale it is required that all pets are to be registered every April at the Oakdale City office. The forms can be found online. Please forward any updated pet information with your general information (cars, H06 policy, family members), contact information, and contact preferences.

Member Website. The previous free member website SPRUZ has shut down. A new member website has been created. I will send out all notices via email and copied to the website. For all members who want a printed and mailed letter for every notice can have it upon request. Please subscribe at the bottom of the website to receive the blog updates. Please check your junk mail box for any notices and add this site to your contacts.

Winter Parking. Winter parking ban goes until the last day of April. There is no overnight parking on the street from 12a-5a.Guests included. Street parking is for guests only. Not residents. Guests also shall not park on the street longer than 24 hours. There is no street parking anytime year-round when the forecast snow fall is 2” or greater. Please move your vehicles at the first sign of the storm and keep it off the street for at least 24 hours from the end of a snow fall. There is no parking or standing against the east retaining wall. This is the fire lane issued by the Fire Chief of the City of Oakdale. There is no parking 15 feet next to either fire hydrant or from the entrance of the cul-de-sac. This is the law. You will be towed.

Do not park within 5 feet of others driveways. Do not block your own driveway. Do not park on the grass. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of our parking rules. This includes parties and garage sales.
