Claim Approved

Hello Neighbors, West Bend has approved out claim for the storm damage on our roofs. Legacy Restoration has received the West Bend adjuster’s estimate today. With this estimate being two weeks late, the next steps will happen quickly. This coming Tuesday, October 26th, a representative from Legacy will be out on the property to do a home wellness check. If you are home and available to meet this representative, they will need to take pictures of the inside top floor ceilings of each home. This is to ensure the ceilings are sound and protects each unit in the event that any internal ceiling damage would result from the roof construction. Additionally, they will document the external units for the same reason. If this coming Tuesday is not possible for you, the second option would be to take pictures of the ceilings of your second floor and submit them by next Wednesday, October 27th. This should include walk-in closets, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and stairwell.
