Hello Neighbors,
I wanted to check in with everyone to touch base with an informal update. This year has brought on new challenges for everyone, and I hope everyone is safe and healthy.

The Master Policy Insurance was renewed back in September of this year through the same broker with West Bend Insurance Company.

Our premium increase about $800, as our property value has increased for the year, and our Directors & Offices Policy remains steady.
We have renewed our contract with Hansen’s Lawncare for our snow removal service & lawn maintenance needs.

GENERAL UPDATES & ……PARKING
A few of your neighbors are addressing some of their betterment and maintenance projects, and the contractors have spoken to me about the placement of their equipment. I wanted to thank everyone for their patience.
Please do not house your trash and recycling receptacles permanently outside of your garages. It is ok to leave them out for a few days sometimes if you are out of town or if you need to air them out.
Last year we had pavement and fill repairs on the west end. The contractor had established that this spot was cured and safe to park on as of last October. This parking spot cannot block the end unit if your vehicle is too long. The space next to the parking spot directly south is in front of a fire hydrant, there is no parking allowed there, and a sign is posted there.
Do not park in front of the entrance fire hydrant or the mailbox.
The entrance retaining wall length is a fire lane and not available for parking. Signs are posted there. (Service vehicles currently parked here have been cleared.)
Please tell your guests to be mindful not to park too close to others' driveways, including the drive across from where you park. DO NOT PARK ACROSS THE END OF YOUR OWN DRIVEWAY. This is an emergency evacuation, parking violation, and safety risk. This also doesn’t allow a safe route of exit for the neighbor across from your driveway.
Please inform all of your renters that there is no parking on the streets if you live here. These spots are for guests and service vehicles.
WINTER PARKING:
Oakdale City: Effective November 1st through the END of April 2021. There will be no street parking of any kind from 12 am-5 am.
If it snows over 2”, this will trigger our snow removal service. Guests parked on the streets during the day will need to move their vehicles IMMEDIATELY. Stay off the roads for 24 HOURS, even after the snow removal company has visited the property. If you are parked in your driveway, snow removal services may not be performed in those areas.
YEARLY INSPECTION:
Our regular inspection company has pushed out inspections to next spring. Please revisit last year's suggested maintenance for your unit and work on these items. By the end of next summer, all advised maintenance items will need to be completed.
