May Agenda and Candidacy Deadline

Members,

A reminder that topics for entry on to the agenda for  the yearly meeting our due at the end of May. Please submit your entry for a position on the board of volunteers as the President, Vice President, and Treasurer by the end of May as well. The current volunteers have been serving you for 9 years. Please express your interest to apply or your interest to keep current members on the board if you are unable to make it to the meeting. 

Public works came out to inform us that the sink hole is on private property and will be maintained by the association. I have reached out to the company doing our spring inspection as well as awaiting a list of contractors from the receptionist from Oakdale Public Works. Until then, it has recommended to not park on the street next to those homes. The parking spot on the east side and by the mailbox is permitted. 

The lawn crew has fertilized and will be out on Thursday May 16th to begin working on the property. Please remove any dog droppings, trash, or lawn furniture that may effect their ability to service. Mulch on the east retaining wall, tree and grass trimming should be performed. It has been suggested to treat the wash-away areas with fill, drain installation, and rock this year. Quotes to install rock in the back yards of the northern properties, drains, and fill for certain properties is underway.
