Wednesday, November 17 AM Service Repairs & Assessment

Hello Members,

The city signed off and passed the inspection for the roofs on all units. You can pull the permits off of your doors and keep them for your records. Keep in mind with the cold weather, the shingles will need time to settle flat. This is normal.

The service team from Legacy Restoration will be on the property Wednesday, November 17 in the morning around 8am. They will be repairing some minor damages and assessing others for their materials order. Please contact Tim with any concerns and provide details and pictures. Gutters, downs spouts and siding shakes (shakes for the north units only) are next on the agenda. Tim will update us when the crew will be out to finish up. Please submit your deductible checks to the drop box and we will forward them to Legacy.
